This is a rental agreement between you and the Park, you simply buy your home and pay a site rental. You can choose between 2 plot sizes depending on the size of home you require.
Costs:
Entrance, service connections and siting fee 3000 euros.
Monthly rent small plot 250 euros
Or monthly rent large plot 300 euros
Monthly community fee 50 euros
All prices are + IVA (VAT)
Example: Our least expensive home is the Colorado at 29.000 euros on a small plot, so:
Home cost........29.000 euros
Entrance fee........3.000 euros
12 months rental. 3.000 euros
Total............-....35.000 euros
Monthly outgoings, community = 50 euros + IVA
Yearly site rent after the first year 3.000 euros
The Gold option is on a leasehold basis, the lease is for 20 years and again you can choose between large or small plots. With the Gold option there is no monthly rental to pay only the community fee of 50 euros + IVA.
20 year lease small plot - 20.000 euros
20 year lease large plot 30.000 euros
Example: The Linden 2 bed home is 52.124 euros, so:
Home cost................52.124 euros
Lease for small plot...20.000 euros
Total.......................72.124 euros

The Platinum option is where you become a shareholder of the Park, the plot is yours to use forever with no site rent to pay only the community fee of 50 euros + IVA per month. This is the premium option with full security for you and your family for the future.

Sharehold for small plot...27.556 euros
Total..............................79.680 euros
