For this reason you MUST make an appointment so we can arrange to show you the homes and plot availability. For security reasons you could be asked to leave the site if you do not have an appointment. |
We do not arrange "all in" pressurised inspection trips where all your time will be taken up by sales talk. Buying a home abroad is a major decision for all of us and we believe if you like it you will buy it, it's as simple as that !!

We DO NOT include your flight as part of this package, with most of the budget airlines flying into Malaga we have found that the prices differ greatly depending on the time of year, for this reason it is a lot easier for you to book your own flights, links to the budget airlines can be seen to the right of the page.
What's included ?
Day 1. Collection by a representative from Malaga Airport and transported to your Hotel.
Two nights accommodation at an inland Hotel, this Hotel is approx 20 mins from the development.
Day 2. Meet Costa Living at your Hotel and off for a visit to the development. See the various models of homes and available plots, meet people who already live onsite with plenty of time for all your questions and answers.
Day 3. Collection from your Hotel and return to Malaga Airport.

HOW CAN I BOOK THIS ?
Simply book your flights for your chosen dates then let us know when you are coming and we will book the Hotel and arrange your collection from the Airport. Viewings are generally Monday to Friday however we will make the exception if you only have weekends available.
OTHER OPTIONS
Please feel free to make your own arrangements as long as we know when you will be here so we can make a viewing appointment, we are generally very busy so this is important. We will either collect you from your Hotel or accommodation free of charge for a site visit or if you have a hire car will meet you either en route or at the reception of the development.

Plot Reservation Procedure
Plot availability can change from day to day, what is available on the day you visit may not be available the following day. If you wish you can place a plot reservation deposit of 3.000 euros or 2.000 GBP, this will hold your chosen plot until you return home giving you time to choose your home package and arrange the deposit transfer, this is 60% of the package price.We accept most major credit cards, cash and travellers cheques, this amount will be redeemed against your final purchase.
Note: we do not accept British cheques due to the length of clearance time required.
