Minimarket / Shop
This is attached to the reception building at the entrance to the site.
The minimarket was opened by the development company as a service to residents as the site was being established, at this stage it would not have been viable as a stand alone business so it was run with minimum stock and products.
Now is the time that the shop could justify an independent owner so it has been decided to lease the premises.
The new owner will ideally live onsite and research what products and services will make this business a success. For example most people head to a large supermarket every so often to stock up on provisions, however the minimarket is at hand for every day provisions such as bread, milk, British produce and maybe newspapers etc.
This is a good opportunity for the right person where you are able to supply groceries, tinned and frozen foods, alcohol and soft drinks, newspapers, ice cream etc.etc. You will never become a millionaire but it will provide a steady income as long as you stock the right products but most of all get the prices right.
There are plenty of people onsite who would welcome part time work so you would never have staffing problems should you need it.

There will be a seperate entrance made from the reception area so you can open independently. We would recommend 7 days trading however this is up to the owner.

Minibus service:
We are again offering the minibus service at Villa Alta.
This business was initially sold, however with a change in circumstances and the current situation of the UK housing market the owners cannot sell their UK property to enable them to move to Alfarnatejo. As a result we would like to offer this business opportunity again.
The owner should be resident and will need a PSV driving licence, a Uk PSV is recognised in Spain.
You will be operating under the umbrella of Villa Alta for residents and holiday makers who are staying on the site.
You will have to provide the minibus which should be Spanish registered and in reasonable condition.
Not everyone onsite drives and those that do would probably welcome the chance of not having to and being able to relax on a day out. We are constantly asked when this service will come about.
Many trip opportunities exist such as markets, Gibraltar runs, coastal shopping, nights out (people don't like to drink and drive remember) airport runs, howling with the wolves in Antequera etc.etc.
Bookings can be taken from reception where you can also advertise the trips.
Price: One time payment, no monthly fee 25.000 euros (plus the cost of your minibus)
