Villa Alta is a completely self enclosed mobile home park, with swimming pool, reception, tarmac roads, street lighting and a bar restaurant, see the bar restaurant and sample menus, it has everything you would expect from a premier mobile home development on the Costa Del Sol.
Villa Alta park is situated approx 45 mins inland from Malaga Airport or about an hour from Granada Airport, so it's very accessible for both the regular and budget airlines from most UK Airports.
Alfarnatejo is the local white village and is only a 10 minute walk, this is a real Spanish village with 3 or 4 tapas bar/restaurants, some basic provisions shops and a bank etc, read more about the village of Alfarnatejo here, it's the perfect mountain setting for relaxation while at the same time being only a short distance from the bustling Costa's and the large hypermarkets.
There are many white villages in the area around the park some of the villages of the Axarquia can be seen here.
All plots have electricity by meter, water and waste facilities.
Villa Alta is the perfect place for either relaxing holidays or living all year round like many of the residents do, and that's not all, if you wish you can rent out your home whenever you please to give an additional income.
