Villa Alta is a completely self enclosed residential community, with swimming pool, bar restaurant, mini-market, reception, tarmac roads and on site security for peace of mind, in fact everything you would expect from a premier residential mobile home development on the Costa Del Sol. Situated approx 45 mins inland from Malaga Airport in Alfarnatejo it is a 10 minute walk to the local white village of Alfarnatejo, it's the perfect mountain setting for relaxation while at the same time being only a short distance from the Costa's and large hypermarkets.

So, what's the deal ?

Well, with the Platinum option you actually become a shareholder of the Park, which means there is NO ONGOING GROUND RENT to pay as there is with other Parks. This is a first for a community of this type. Plots are between 150m2 and 225m2, they have electricity by meter, water and waste facilities. Or you could choose to take a 20 year lease for your plot, there's even the option of rental only.

After choosing your plot you then decide on which home would best suit your needs and budget from our range, all homes must be purchased through Costa Living. Home packages start from around 29.000 euros, and increase from there. As you can see we offer very affordable packages at this stage. There is a monthly community charge which covers security, maintenance and facilities of the park, this is 50 euros per month + tax. Apart from the water, bottled gas and electricity you use this is your only ongoing cost.

The homes are fully furnished to a high standard and we operate a complete turnkey package so all you have to do is personalize your plot area and add your own personal touch. There is enough space to park your car on the plot, we can also build decking of your chosen size and most residents have a garden shed.
