Almost immediately we realised that little information was available for genuine Park Home Developments, in fact not many existed. It was decided to concentrate on this area as we believed the Park and Mobile home industry was imminent in Spain, since this time we have gathered great experience and contributed to the present mobile home market in Spain.
We attended the many Trade shows in the UK and have since developed a network of agencies.
We are an independent company and we will not promote any development which in our experience may not be legal either now or in the future.
We are also agents for Spanish and British Park and mobile homes, log cabins and timber buildings. We have our own building team and can provide small excavations, the installation of concrete bases and patio areas etc. Full turnkey packages are available to site your mobile home or log cabin on your own plot.
Having lived in Spain for over ten years and been involved with the property sector for around five years, we are based in Colmenar, Malaga and work mainly from our Home/Office we also work from the office in Colmenar.
